Our story

Built to solve a problem we kept seeing

Across more than 100 enterprise transformations, our founder Tim Beattie repeatedly saw the same pattern.

Smart people came together. Strategies were agreed. Workshops created energy. Delivery began.

But as everyday pressures returned, the connection between the work and its intended outcome became harder to see. Decisions lost their context, progress became fragmented across systems and evidence of value was assembled retrospectively (if it was assembled at all).

Stellafai began with the belief that organisations needed a persistent way to connect activity to outcomes.

The idea becomes a platform

We began building Stellafai to connect goals, activity, evidence and learning in one persistent place. Giving teams more than another static plan or reporting tool.

Tested in real transformation work

Our first paid engagement put the approach into practice with a senior leadership team defining strategic outcomes at Arthur PM. From the beginning, the platform was shaped through real organisational change rather than hypothetical use cases.

Built with practitioners

Early customers, consultants and coaches began using Stellafai in active engagements. Their feedback shaped the update rhythms, connected outcomes, guidance and evidence features that help progress continue beyond a workshop.

Proven in complex environments

Stellafai expanded into complex enterprise, consultancy and Customer Success environments, helping teams maintain momentum, make dependencies visible and connect delivery to measurable value.

This approach has taken Stellafai from an early idea to a profitable software business working across enterprise transformation, Customer Success and partner-led consultancy engagements.

Our next stage is to scale the platform, intelligence and partnership ecosystem without losing the practical, human support that made the original approach work.
